We offer a selection of racquet sports for your sporting pleasure.
Badminton and squash are available and our members can book courts
in advance. We offer two badminton courts with sprung flooring and
three squash courts, one of which is glass backed. Need some motivation?
Why not come along to our squash and badminton evenings. These informal
sessions are held weekly and give members an opportunity to meet
other players, find a partner or simply socialise.
Waterfront we offer a super roof top gym with individually controlled
television or take in the ever changing panoramic river view while
you excercise. The best in both resistance and cardiovascular training.
Our fully qualified instructors will instruct you in all aspects of
gym life from our first induction to offering nutritional, exercise
and program advice.
For a small charge, a personal training session can be arranged directly with one of our instructors. They will devise a program unique to your requirements and give you a one to one workout. Whether you wish to lose weight, tone up or just achieve a better overall fitness they will be able to offer advice to suit you. We also offer fitness testing and this can also be booked with our instructors.
Perhaps you would prefer to work out alone - then why not have a personal
program devised to follow when coming in for a workout? This is provided
